I am Colleen Sugrue and I started Success By Design because I truly believe in the greatness of people and want to help leaders succeed. Over my twenty-year career in learning and development, I have seen the power of coaching and intentional development. I have watched good leaders become truly great and toxic leaders learn to leverage their strengths differently to become great as well. I know that trust is essential, and it is a competency that can be developed. I know the power of highly effective teams and how to get a team to connect. I have personally experienced the power of coaching and development and had the honor of leading some amazing teams and departments. I have made mistakes but never missed the opportunity to learn from them. I am here today because I want to help you and your organization be amazing.
